IGT Solutions needs call center agents who can provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will handle and address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    \n \t
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner<\/li>\n \t
  • Follow up on customer issues or provide information<\/li>\n \t
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, including troubleshooting and resolving issue<\/li>\n \t
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any remaining issues<\/li>\n \t
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary<\/li>\n \t
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations<\/li>\n \t
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain service quality<\/li>\n \t
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company changes and improve skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      \n \t
    • 1-4 years of experience in BPO industry<\/li>\n \t
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus<\/li>\n \t
    • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role preferred<\/li>\n \t
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n \t
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail<\/li>\n \t
    • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations<\/li>\n \t
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively<\/li>\n \t
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands and schedules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
